Well, I'd like to see these abilities implemented along with the lost org abilities. As of yet, Merovingian operatives have no real tangible bonus for their loyalty.

((Well, having just obtained one of those sexy Perpetual Red Eyes, I kind of see how it's been balanced out. It seems more Merv/Zion people get the Perpetual Items and/or Translocation Programs/Boons/Hardware Requisitions. While the Machines, if they win an event, get an FM-1500. Simply put: They have more power, we just look shinier.))

False. I submit to you the case of the Unlimit Eyes + Fly Storm on Syntax. I'm sure there are others, but I fail to recall them at the moment.

The perpetual fly storm was handed out for chasing down a Local Contact (LE) character. One of the Perpetual Code Eyes was handed out by Veil, and 2 other Perpetual Code Eyes were handed out during the Halloween event after killing a lvl 70 zombie.
