I understand the confusion for those folks who have resubbed since the email notice went out. We are in discussions about how we're going to deal with the issue and will have an answer for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, those discussions are taking a bit longer than usual due to key folks being in transit from E3.

I think someone got beat down and a threat made on their job with how they performed the other day, only reason i can think of why hes acting all nice and cherry.

Well that and I told him SOE wasn't getting any more of my business, but NCSoft and Blizzard were.

Not necessarily. Even though they get paid to be nice and to be customer service reps, sometimes people are just ***holes.
As for telling SOE that they lost your business, good move, but you're not being an ***. You're being a consumer who's sick of getting run over, and I applaud.
