Shortly after our conversation I had submitted multiple tickets and emails to my superiors regarding the MXO subscriptions. You will be getting a refund as well as full access to the game. If you do not have access to the game please try again tomorrow and contact me back to investigate further.

I think someone got beat down and a threat made on their job with how they performed the other day, only reason i can think of why hes acting all nice and cherry.

Not necessarily. Even though they get paid to be nice and to be customer service reps, sometimes people are just ***holes.

As for telling SOE that they lost your business, good move, but you're not being an ***. You're being a consumer who's sick of getting run over, and I applaud.
