Indeed, the Meson Rifles are supposed to decay super-fast for the
reasons someone stated earlier - they aren't supposed to exist in this
version of the Matrix. So enjoy them while they last and then go get
another one!



Oh, they also work great for calling Agents on you, if you're in a neighborhood where you haven't tagged the access node yet.

I bought a Heavy Meson MkII once for 1mil info...worst purchase I ever made, it broke before I even completed one mission. I have used a Stinger and Lancet ever since, and STILL using the same ones after like a year.

I would theorize that the reason the Mesons break, is because, well in the archive they are weilded by robots, who probably recharge them.  So if you take one from a robot and run around firing it, its relatively small internal power supply runs out and thus it degrades SMILEY

it makes sense.

If you have an item that decays uber fast and yet is pretty good, you'll want to go to 01 to go and get a new one every few minutes.

Going to 01 means pvp. which means elder level fun

saddly. no one cares enough about this gun (it isn't worth it)

Have task master drop better weapons/items  and give us a  better reason to go to 01 SMILEY

You dev's... you are so... so... EVIIILLLL....

Actually I found out about the agent magnatisim of this weapon on EP before all the nice guns got converted over.... I've never bothered to tag most of the access nodes in the game.

Well at least we know that's what these critters definately should be doing.
