Chrsitmas hats problem

I wasn't too sure where to put this but i guess this is the palce. I transfered christmas hats from one character to another then in an update they where changed to singletons. I wish to delete this character but i have deleted everything but the hats as i dont want to loose them is it possible for them to be transfered to my main character? I asked a CSR and he told me to post here. Kindeller

Unfortunately, there is no way to directly exchange items between characters on the same account. You may want to try /ccr again, but the only way to do it would be for a GM to remove the item, then re-create it, and that is only done at their discretion.

so what your saying is the person who sent me to you is just passing the buck -_- even thought they can do it..... thanks for the help much appreicated i'll go /ccr now. Kindeller
