Well, after doing some Coder stuff, I decided to go with spy.  But I cant find the item so I can lock pick.  Does anyone know where it is?

The item vendors werent selling them.  There nowhere to be found here in Richland (I think is the name).  Besides, I just bought one off of the market.  Not sure if I was ripped off tho, the first one I saw was priced $3,000,000, then that went away.  Then I saw one for 150,000, so I bought that one.

meh.  I had $1,000,000 at the time so I figured why not.
