Some very nice stuff that needed to be addressed.  Great to see the World Events thing getting some use again, even if it's not the best use for it (and actually re-activating it to do this may just be the start of something bigger).

I can't believe the turn and face north when sending/receiving tells thing is finally going to be fixed.
