Well, by now I'm sure there are plenty of hovercrafts in working order... Hoverbarges are so 5 chapters ago...

Some are permitted crafts...it's just the mass populous of Zion that is rather restricted. Mervs and Cypherites seem to require more subtle access points...places where you are safe from any random joe stumbling about your cranial jack.

Sometimes in very rare situations I consider someone a good enough friend to help them for absolutely free.
