Her closest associates and contacts have vanished. Her apartment is empty. She's always told people to make up their own minds: instructed independence. I wonder if she's finally grown tired of repeating it. The other way to get people to make a choice is to leave them with no choice at all.

((That last screenshot is typical for the situation the story is in. It's war, but nobody seems to remember that. And actually nothing in the game supports a war at all, closest to it is Vector, but that'd be only "natural" (uh uhh someone's flagged, so what? PvP does not reflect a state of war). Ah well.))

Until we make every server enforced PVP and perma-death, I think that's just something you'll have to live (pun!) with.

((It wasn't like that during the EPN event the other day with the Kid. EPN and Mervs fighting plus a few of us Mech's thrown into the mix. I was on duty observing the situation until Popper was in my sights the I decided to introduce him to the term Full Auto Redux. The fighting carried through the rest of the LE too and it wouldn't have mattered if it were EPN or Zion, we're still at war even if it had taken a back seat when Halborn arrived. The appearance of the other one is reminding a few people about the war now that there are sides to pick between the giants... Perhaps LE Characters should be perma-flagged...))

I will continue to believe the Oracle has not abandoned us.  Everything she has done thus far must be working towards some final end, whether that be for the betterment of all is still something to be seen.  In the mean time, keeping our wired friend away from her is in the interest of all I suspect.  And slow him down you did.  Good job.

(( Wow, great screenshots as always, Shin.  This seemed like quite the fun event.  I wish I could have been there to kick some accelerated *CENSORED*. ))

Since when has anyone been able to find the Oracle when she doesn't wish to be found?

((I actually stood behind Ghost at the end to *CENSORED* of Zion that a Cyph was right there. Unfortunately, Rarebit cut the screens off right before that. I did get in quite a few near the end when I was starting to fear I wasn't gonna show up. SMILEY btw, Rarebit, I saw your twice failed jump onto the higher sidewalk. You didn't get away with it. SMILEY ))

It was a big mash between EPN/Zion and Mervs, then mechs rocked up and someone used a runtime bit , now some had an RP reason to be there and respected the event for what it is (Like you Vinia) but some were just there to stir choas and generally try to ruin the fun. Most mervs were confused what to do next (Our Liason just kinda up and ran from the building we were defending, without saying a thing) and when we realised that BloodlustV had logged off we all assumed the event had been Hijacked by PvPers again and just went back to Mara. Heck I was standing around Mara for another half our after I left Murasaki and no word came about any event happening (Cause I, like the rest of my team, thought it was over). No wonder the Mervs feel left out...

There is no way to stop unexpected no affiliated organizations from showing up for a live event unless RB decides to block off an area for non org affiliates for the live event. But there isn't a reason for them not to show up either to either help or defend depending on there personal orgs oppinion on what's happening. Every live event should be for everyone to enjoy since they are a rare opportunity. Personally I think every live event area should have automatically flagged for pvp.
