How will this affect the lvl 30 Patchers hat and lvl 40 Patchers Bandana? Obviously the Sakura Bandana would look like the Patchers Bandana is that were black but the Patchers Hat has no matching alternative I don't think?

This new bandana seems to be like Cryptos's, in that it is black with black detailing, not white.

What about the Industrial Fedoras? Aren't they the same model? In any case i'm willing to guess that the exchange is for the headgear only and not the hat or bandana.

The bandana on the black headgear is identical to Cryptos'--has a nice little purplish sheen and stuff. The hat is a darker version of the Patcher's hat texture, with cloth grain and that sort of shiny pattern around the rim, and I changed the highlight type to match the bandana.
