ML has been rollin' since March 24th, 2005 ever since Trisun and SMOK3 first shook hands, and we don't plan on going anywhere soon.
Props to the other Zionists who've stuck it out, and even to those no longer with Zion. We've learned a lot from many great players and factions, and that makes the experience that much more enjoyable.
New recruits welcome, we are able to outfit our players with good clothing and abilities almost on demand. We have a variety of levels and a dedicated core of top-level guys too willing to help. After running with us a bit we have a Vent server you can join us on too, so feel free to come try us out. See you in the Matrix...

In terms of size, we went from 2 full crews to 6 full crews in a very short time during the Nightfall event era.
Since then, we have condensed into what we are today: a dedicated group of players both interested in
1) RP when it comes to events, as we strive to be as big a part of the story as we can be,
and
2) PvP, as being on Vector demands an interest in PvP to survive the stretches between events.
We are recruiting a little more actively again now, and have some other ideas in mind for the future.
These include things common on the other servers but seemingly absent here, such as
Events and Tournaments sponsored by various radio teams
Player-made and run events
and just about anything else.
We are generally well-composed players too, and enjoy being on friendly (out-of-game at least) terms with many other players and factions. 
We hope to make this a better community and a better gaming experience in any way we can. We care about this franchise a lot and we show it in how we act.
