Patching...

I am having the issue of extreamly long patch time... i've dl the station launcher and it says it will take 4:15min then i goes down to 3 45 then back up to 4 15. i've had another problem i fixed that was making sure the matrix.exe file is writtable. i've extracted that from a link and got a launcher that works from it. but my matrix online launcher in my start:programs:matrixonline menu still doesn't lauch it. i manualy found the matrix installer file that i exctracted to use with my station launcher... any suggestions... sorrys its such a long thread. just wanna play bad i'm new.

you are looking at 4 to 6 gig of dload... it can take some time..

what server you going to play on?

depends.. if you dloaded the 10 mb launcher than yeah u have a few hours of patching depending on your connection speed

just make sure that u dont have a firewall like peerguardian2 or zonealarm that is blocking your outbound requests..

For servers.. i think vector is the way to go.. but thats just me.. do some looking around on each..

Are you getting stuck at rezmap.dll or xptl.dll (or something to that effect) When I put MxO on the new computer I always got stuck at one of those 2 files. If you are look for the station launcher and use that to patch the game.
