    Subject: Disable Evasion

Hi, I've just returned from a long break and all of my abilities were unloaded and I seem to be missing a pre-req ability called 'disable evasion'. I checked several vendors that sell operative abilities and none seem to sell it.

Anyone know where to find this one? Thanks.
