Is there any possable way that i could un-update may game because combat is terrable. Whenever im fighting it always messes up. ill be winning then the opponent will knok me to the floor and i wont get up for some reason. I just end up laying there getting shot at and its really annoying me alot now. Also every now and again my player will stand there and get hit and shot at and not fight back. Please fix this.

Yeah true but SOE even charges us info to send emails ingame.....LOL.

Well, I'm off to grind for imaginary money for which I have the priveledge of spending real money to do on a monthly basis.  Yaayyyy!!

I wished they would just fix the sound looping after hyper-jumping. And why does my music always go away when I travel through a HL. I have to go to options to get it back. I can't wait for the next CR 2.0 meaning Core Revision 2.0. There are many game-breaking issues that should never have made it past quality assurance.

Im not one for complaining about stuff but dam....
Dont say that its just a different HUD that i dont like the new version...
I prefer seeing my moves and stuff, no idea why but still
 
Whats the point in leveling if a lvl 2 player can kill a lvl 34? Thats what happaned to me, and im like *CENSORED*!??!
 
I heard on mega city radio a interview and all that stuff that guy said about its a new 'good' experiance, 'brings it more to life'  and it would bring more ownage to the game, more easy grinding...
before it took like 10 seconds or something along those lines to kill someone close to my level now it takes me a bludy minute...  THATS NOT GRINDING OR OWNAGE!!
 
The Two really good things or only good things that came out of that update is the nerf in hackers and the extra hotbar... everything else, isnt good. Everyone in my faction and my mates hate the new version...
A fair few people have left MXO when that version came in....
 
DOES ANYONE LIKE THE NEW VERSION AND DONT JUST SAY YES LIKE SAY WHY!?!?
I have nothign against sony on the games.... only the playstations... and that which stuff up... like i play Planetside and thats a kick *CENSORED* sony game.

Okay so my final bill, comes out in the neighborhood of 120 million info (I have about eight or nine trees I use and want to try in this new system).  Did all of you really come out of the gate and go into this with that kind of money saved up?

It's important to get those trees upgraded immediately if, like myself, you are on a Hostile server and want to survive.

So I went about the process.  Everyone knows about the 5 or so Awakened abilities that you have to get from 1-50.  But it's not those that are the ones that do you in.  It's all the level cap removals scattered all over the tress that clean you out.  Raising a level from 1-50 is 8.5 million.  But out of that I'd say like 5 million are from the last 15 levels or so.  So all those level caps removals add up (surprisingly for me anyways) to some serious damage.

I know about the selling of trees but I actually want to use and test my current tree sets; so no refund for me.  Why should I be punished by having to either grind endlessly on a hostile server with a brand new combat system that many of us are not used to; or having to sell off trees that I may want to try on this new system?  And remember the RSI reconfig has no expiration on it, so I could be a Hacker for 6 months then switch to Operative.

Prior to update 42 I had a fully levelled level 50 character and some 35million in info ready to purchase a sixth tree etc......thanks to update 42 I am no longer fully levelled have no money and several of my existing trees are no longer complete. I feel I will come to appreciate CR2 more and more in time, I have issues atm but do see it as a positive step forward and appreciate the effort and expertise involved in bringing it to life. The UI could have been made more user friendly and more familiar to existing players and that remains a dissapointment but probably too late to address it now, the demands financially are more addressable and I feel a gesture and or contribution to the funds of each player appropriately realted to their level would assist the up-take of the new system, be well reagrded and would speed the process of stabilising the somewhat nervous community.

Anyone else finding ranged (out of interlock) to have lost a lot of power? I can't hit for much now, and specials seem to take a much longer time to go through, causing them to be interupted almost every time.  Also out of interlock MA has such a short range I am lucky to get 2 rounds of hits in before the combat moves move the target out of range, and every time I try to start combat again and it says im out of range means a cooldown of 4 sec or so before I can even try again, even though I never did anything.  The in interlock movement is very nice though, but one other little problem there is the combat moves so much adds happen even more, but that's rather minor to the out of interlock problems.

I totally agree with Tytanya.  She came up with a good fair figure on other threads (independently, I might add), which is the same as mine; that being one million info per level.    There is precedent for this; after the last character wipe in Beta I think we were all given 20 million or something.  I don't see how a million per level is unbalancing in any way; rather it would be a boon and a stabilizing thing to help us get us back on our feet.  The abilitity tree buyback is good for some, but again there are others like myself who do not have spare trees to sell.  Like Tytanya said it would be a good gesture and would allay many players' nervousness as they get back on their feet.

Here's another one (already submitted as a bug - which I hope it is)...

For those of you with the Pandora's Box items - to trade for a new set - the archeologist now requires a prison mentality device instead of the prison mastery device.  Which means you will need to run box 4 again to get the mastery device to be able to trade....

Thats a bummer eh?

not sure if anyone else has noticed yet, but some of the buffs one is supposed to receive from attributes are not *registering* for a better word

for instance belief is supposed to add movement speed bonus, but does not. this was the most notable one and easiest to relay. having full belief should grant a 50% movement speed bonus. suffice to say i am not getting this bonus.

below the bonus not being received,

no bonus in innerstrength

no bonus on maximum vitality

no bonus on movement speed

the above is all based on attributes ONLY, buffed clothing is as far as i can see working perfectly

Is there any way for you guys to program in the subtitles for the 4.2 cinematic? There wasn't any subtitles at all while the rest of the cinematics have the subtitles.

When is the hotfix being released?? I have heard nothing since the mention of "early this week" and it's now thursday :smileysad: At the minute I'm pretty reluctant to pvp without hyper-dodge and hyper-sense levelled but i just can't afford to level them.

I NEEDS MONEHHH !!

Not on Syntax it hasn't.  Previosly - if u had a full set - you could go back to the archelogist and exchange everything for a new set (very handy if item's lost their purity).  I had already doen this twice before CR 2 was released.
