I as many other players have found that often when an opponent jumps just as you are about to IL them, or if you chase them- the IL timer starts but no attempt to go in IL has been made. So u just stand there for 5 more seconds and look stupid while they neuro drt you or watever they do.

Indeed, this is very annoying, especially when chasing people.
