Here is what I say: - First make sure no random CQs are rewarded for dueling
- Including a ranking system on the boards so we can track each other.
- Break down the difference between team CQ and most damage CQ. Team CQ is half a point and most damage CQ is a full point.
- Here is a long shot: CQs can be redeemable for non-tradable super loot.
- Weekly updates as to who the top killer of the week is.
I told Walrus this way back in beta that they should do something like this. It will retain the player base while giving the programers time to work on storyline and other stuff. *Pokes Walrus*

Hm, or perhaps there can be two types of CQ. Team CQ and Individual CQ.. or perhaps like you said, make Team CQ worth 1 CQ and Individual CQ worth 2. The only problem with weekly updated to top killer is it would have to be server specific since Vector has unconsented PvP all day.

Just because it's not a 24/7 PvP server, we still have our share of PvP throughout the day, usually with either a Zerg/Macherg in the day/night. I would like to see fights between the best on Vector and Recursion voted by the community, if that was possible.

now as much as i hate the idea of a CQ wipe i do understand why it would be needed BUT if they do do a CQ wipe then give us say $info for each CQ you wipe off something like 1 cq = 50k or something thats the only way i will support a CQ wipe

I like the idea of a ranking system but it should reflect both the intensity and the quality of you pvp. In this regard somewhat like Itaki proposed way back I'd suggest; - Kill achieved while you are on a team = 1 cq
Solo Kills are rated according to the level of the opponent (cq's now list the dea persons name so this shoudl be possible) cq=opponentlevel-playerlevel+3 (0<cq<5) ie. - Kill opponent 3 or more levels below you = 0cq
- Kill opponent 2 levels below you = 1cq
- Kill opponent 1 levels below you = 2cq
- Kill opponent at your level = 3cq
- Kill opponent 1 level above you = 4cq
- Kill opponent 2 or more levels above = 5 cq
I would not be in favour of any cq reset, like my flit gun, my beta items et al cq's are an aspect/record of my MxO todate (many of us who have been asking for something like this since the begining are now pvp'd out =/) but this system changes the value of cq's without dismissing the last 24months entirely. It also encourages lower levels to get involved (maybe even upto and including level 49 you could trade cq's for exp)

Beautiful Idea, and also like WoW, have like General ranks and stuff 100 Cq's = Private, 10,000 Cq's = Master Seargeant and so on

If they fix the system, cq will have to be wiped. That is the only way that cq will have a value. Rewards for reaching certain cq amounts would be great in a fixed system. My dream system is as follows - CQ points awarded only to the person that does the most damage in combat (yes that means no team cq, a healer is important to the team and his reward is that everyone will like him, if he wants cq he better get ready to do some damage) - CQ points only awarded to that person if they are within con range, i. e. if the other person was an npc and thier name would be gray, you get no cq, (in this scenario, no cq is awarded) - A win/loss record for duels, that would be reset at set intervals. (could be viewed by everyone) or a persistent win/loss record that only could be viewed by the player themself - A chart/ranking system listed on the website that could be broke down in a few ways, All Time, Monthly, and Weekly.

I remember them saying a long time ago when they were talking about Org Specific abilities that you might be able to use CQs to buy them or level them. But then again I haven't heard ANYTHING about Org Specific Abilities in at least 6 months - so I don't hold my breath. And IF they DARE to "reset" everyone's CQs whenever they finally decide to do something with them - I will be DEFINITELY leaving the game for good.

That might be because the org abilities have been put on a hold. They said that. About 6 months ago
