/// Incoming Org Broadcast
/// Priority: Medium
/// For general distribution

Warriors of Zion,

The General's case is safely in our possession. At a meeting arranged by liaison officers Soluma and Alsos, Anome met with operatives, briefing them on the general whereabouts of the General's messenger, who has been safeguarding the case of cheat codes. After a prolonged high-speed chase throughout Richland, our fighters, with warriors Pirus and Tbone at the forefront, caught up with the messenger and brought him to Alsos, who presented the case to Niobe. Our operatives then escorted Niobe to a nearby hardline, where she was able to jack out safely with the case.

For those interested in tracing the progress of this successful operation, our records show that the General's courier proceeded through Richland neighborhoods in the following order, with our operatives in pursuit most of the way:

Tabor Park
Moriah Projects
Tabor Park
Mara
Magog
Mara
Magog
Moriah Projects
Zia
Magog
Zia
Magog
Mannsdale
Kedemoth
Dannah Heights
Lemone
Dannah Heights
Lemone
Dannah Heights
Eshean Projects
Lemone
Eshean Projects
Midian Park

Although he was too fast to overtake, the pursuing operatives were able to broadcast his position to their comrades, who were able to cut him off and flag him down in Midian Park.

This marks a great day for Zion. With both the key and the case together at last, we will soon have the opportunity to make use of the General's powerful codes. These will surely prove of great value in the battle yet to come.

Zion Control, I highly condemn placing that case back in the General's
hands. The vials within are said to only affect Exiles or Programs and
only the Machines know its true purpose. As far as we know, the General
is a Program. Do you really believe he will use these tools for good?

Oh joy, now the children not only have the key, but the case as well... there are soon to be dark days in the Matrix. Machines, Meros, ready your forces, I can see a battle on the horizon.

To you RogueA... the battlefield is always open to you and your "Mervs". As for the Machines... well let's just say.. thankfully, we at  TPNS, upholds the truce to the best of our abilities.

By not returning this important case back to it's rightful owners, I'd say that falls pretty far in line with not upholding the Truce. Inside that case are items that are a danger to the entire Matrix if used inappropriately. You want to uphold what little Truce is left? Give the Machines back their case.

....the hell?!? First I have to go on a wild goose chase through Zion territory with a bad disguise, have to avoid the toughest soldiers, INCLUDING Niobe, find out that my cover was blown before I even started, not even getting close to the **bleep** thing, and now we lost the key, too?! I'm so kicking Flood's *CENSORED*.

Well, at least we have the EMCP, so you cave trolls won't have your precious Commando pets to help you.

Seeing as each organization should have at least one more critical mission this chapter, I believe that either the key is fake, or one of the other organizations will retrieve the key from Zion.

Even if it's real and Zion keeps it, I don't trust the General. He could be lying about what's in the case.

Even if he isn't lying, I feel it will spell bad news for Zion.

Just give the case back to the Machines.

I'm going to keep this as subtle as I can, so the Moderators don't get too pissed at me. But for starters, Syntax and Vector Hostile servers have been getting far more Live Events, if anyone should care about this neglect to the Recursion server please keep reading. I have been a satisfied customer of MxO and SOE for nearly a year, not as long as some but this is still wrong, why should one server, the main roleplay aspect one, get less attention than that of the others? Is it because wen enjoy our RP? Or perhaps because you don't want to treat some with the kindness you do others? Say what you want to that last statement, but it's true in my eyes. Though I will say, Moderators, Devs, Administrators, whatever you wish, should in all fairness, tream Recursion the same. I have seen many events pass by with LET interaction on both Syntax and Vector, but how many do you honestly see in Recursion? Have we recieved news of this messenger's location? If this topic were not brought up, would it ever happen? Alright, back to topic, the only problem with the services proveded are just that, not enough attention to a very popular, highly active server. So please, show a little more attention to us RolePlayers of Recursion, we promise to play nice.

It's a hallmark of this game that it'll always take a little longer than people can endure for things to get around to them. It's been that way since Beta, and people always bite their tongue as soon as things pick up again. So the best thing you can do is kindly express your worries and I'm sure the devs will take it into account. Complaining about it only makes them sad :smileysad:

Just FYI Rarebit said in another post that Syntax and Recursion won't be getting the Messenger event. We'll get something else.
