Yeah, I have been crashing alot today...

It always does it at the worst time to when I am missioning... so I got pissed.

Know when this problem will end?

Now I have another problem

I try to jack in on vector and I have no luck..

I tried like 10 different HL's and none of em worked..

when I try, it stays at negotiating with servers..

Please help

This was happening with one of my characters on Vector last night as well.  My solution was wait a couple minutes, run the launcher with a Full File Scan, and then proceed to attempt the login.  After a few misses, I was able to log in, brought me into the Loading Area, then I picked a safe hardline like Uriah NE (I say safe as I was able to log into that hardline with an alt on another account) and I was back in.

Hopefully you'll have the same luck I did.

Nobody should have to use any kind of work around when its not there problem.

Its MxO/SOE side to fix it.

This just how i feel right now with this Company.

True, but when it comes down to it, I'd rather utilize a possible fix on my end than wait for them to figure out/fix what the issue is...which we've not always seen the speediest response on.

Yeah i am totally on your side when it goes about speed on there side.

Bad thing is this issue does put a cramp in playing even for me on my lowbie.
I got disconnected 4 times today and have enough HL i cant touch.
And that makes the game suck bad right now.

im havin a probelm with midian park easdt in paticular everytime i try to hl there is says margine serverfail  sumthin  shutting down now >.>

Dev's or Tech Support,

would you please give us a response or am i right that you are not sure whats wrong ?

But a response to your paying Customers would still be a nice move (not like its going to happen or?).

Unfortunately I've retrieved very little information from the teams regarding this issue. The authenticating error is something I'm trying to get more information myself though.


I do apologize for the delayed response from me - it has been an interesting start to the week. We are aware of the issues occuring though and I'd like to get more information back your way as I'm updated myself.

It's been a while since I've heard any reported problems on this - I did report the situation but I didn't hear much back .

Is anyone else having trouble that needs my help?
