I have bad news for you.

According to your DXDIAG file, you are using an unsupported video card. Not only is it unsupported, but you don't have the video driver installed.

Here's a link to the newest (and final) driver for it:

I cannot guarantee it working with the game -- I can almost guarantee it won't work with the game -- but that's the best shot you have without getting a whole different video device altogether.

There's only a rare few Alienware (Sager) laptops that support upgrading the graphics hardware. These laptops already come with very powerful video devices as standard, which the SuperSavage is not one of, then I can only assume that you're probably out of luck there.
