New Faction Bug?

I was randomly kicked out of my faction Systematic Chaos several days ago due to a bug. I do not recieve the "Error loading functionality" message, instead I just have no faction or crew information. This is very annoying as I'm actually the leader of Systematic Chaos and now don't have faction chat, let alone administrative powers of the faction. I'm wary of being re-recruited and promoted to rank one, I'd much rather have it fixed somehow and my rightful crew data be restored.

Now, another factionmate of mine has the same issue. He reconned and met the following message: Server Couldnt find a name for faction ID 36388; he was unable to use faction chat. When he went through a hardline, he reappeared with no faction or crew and now has the same bug I do.

This bug is seriously screwing up my faction, and it would be a near impossible task to disband and remake the faction. CSRs tell me there's nothing they can do. I ask... is this bug recognized in SOE's database? I know I've sent in ccrs regarding it; does anyone have any knowledge or advice on this situation? My subscription expires in a few days and I'm currently very unhappy with the help I've received.

Have you submitted a bug report about this? CSRs cannot fix bugs, but doing a /bug will alert QA / Development to the issue.

The CSR team passes on all crew and faction loading issues to our database team. The DBAs resolve any they can and continue to look into root causes for the problem. We apparently fixed a majority of cases, but there are still some outstanding problems we have yet to lock down.

I'm sorry you and your faction-mates are having this problem. We keep working to locate the root issue, and we know this is one of the top community concerns.

this is the same bug that happened to me, my captains ship was gone meaning that it was bugged and he did not leave on purpose. So I had to go on to another ship in the same faction.

Then my crew makes the biggest problems? Or hwo can I understood it that my crew is deletet since 5months? And that I hadnt get any answer to my question why my crew was deletet after 5months is becouse........ becouse what? Please say it me, thats something I realy want to know.....
