Whatever happened to org ablities..?

Tbone]Based on all of the recent PvP tournaments, all builds are pretty balanced. As a matter of fact, the tree with the most successes in PvP is a certain gun build. So why are you thinking MKT is overpowered? Fix the timers so that you can't stack neuro. Make sure knives work in interlock. There ya go. What's with all this family timer crap? What am I gonna do for the 8 seconds it is gonna take between each of my attacks? I don't have a melee or gun attack worth using as MKT. I mean, I guess I'll save some IS, since MKT drains IS like no tomorrow and I have to wear all IS clothing and give up my entire resistance. Please consider ALL the factors in your testing the balance...besides the screwy interlock and complaints of not being able to use CTRL ALT to instantly escape, knife thrower is balanced. When I run into someone who knows what they are doing, it's always a close fight.I guess I'll just wait for the patch and then start the feedback...

I really hope the "event" is not on the 22nd, that's my mothers birthday =/
Walrus you better be at Fan Faire -_-
I liked the last anniversary event I actually felt it was the most uniquely matrix story of any of the events to date. But I'd rather have regular story events and/or content and/or bug fixes than some one off special.
Update 50 is looking very cool, the rsi pills are really needed to inject a bit of variety into peoples ongoing lives (2+ years looking identicle isnt fun).
'm playing a wait and see game with MKT, I think that it gets more critcism than it deserves as many players exploit the ease with which throws may be spammed - it has imo been blown out of proportion. As Tbone correctly points out, the factual evidence of tournaments is that in any 1 on 1 situation balance in the game is actually very close. Drastic changes are simply not required to any tree (except maybe patcher aoe) - a fundamental problem in CR2 is that numbers hold too much sway, no one dare be caught in IL and lose the advantage of the first strike - these are the real reasons so many builds now use sneak (its not actually mkt online at all, look at the loadouts on vector and its just that virtually everyone has sneak loaded and the cheaper ones exploit neuro as well - i have no issue with its reduced effect). The system is to much Zerg or be zerged and changes need to be made to reduce the abilty of numbers to stack up and overwhelm a situation, only then will a real balance of sneaked and non sneaked classes be properly met in the field......

You are aware that an MKT can hit you with 4 high-level abilities in about six seconds. And, then jump out and neuro so you can't move. And, then disguise and punt without you ever getting a shot in. And, you think this is "blown out of proportion"?

They're fixing the timer and neuro dart issues, but not nerfing Sneak Attacks that I know of. "Blowing out of proportion" is rampant in those exaggerations. Heck, a Sniper could one shot me if I sat down and told him where I was, just like a MKT can do the above only if you let it happen. Please keep on-topic to Tytanya's post and save your stories of PvP strategy failure / additional complaints for the new wave of anti-MKT threads that will appear when people realize that it's still possible for MKTs to kill someone after update 50.

There's two exploits. I don't know them (as I don't know any) that have nothing to do with me 'letting it happen'. 1. The one that allows you to punt despite the fact evade shield is up. And, the other that allows the attacker to "bump" your shield away. They all have to do with MKT. It's not an exaggeration. It's bad code.
