Very well done guide,but either he's mistaken on the part about the is regen from the hacker tree or I'm lost on how bonuses work...I tested it and it gave me no extra is regen?Anyways great guide!

Note that the Innerstregnth Regen Rate Bonus is an influence and requires an Attribute running on you to actually effect you. And I should say that it requires Buff not a piece of clothing for it to effect you. No Attribute bonus granted by an item is influencable.

Yea, just remember that all bonuses require a main catalyst for the bonus to take effect. A bonus % doesn't make sense if there's nothing for it to bonus!
