Customer Service will be returning the entry fee for everybody who paid to participate in the "Fight for the Mask" tournament hosted by Cap0ne. Since the tournament was misleading and the grand prize of the Assassin's Mask was never awarded to the winner we have decided to return the entry fees upon verification of payment.
If you (not your friends) actually paid to enter the tournament what we would like for you to do is submit a /CCR in game to request the return of your entry fee. Customer Service will be verifying that each player did actually pay to enter the tournament and anybody submitting a CCR for repayment who did not pay an entry fee may face action taken against their own accounts for intentionally trying to defraud Customer Service.
Please include the following information in your /CCR.
1. Name of your character that paid the entry fee. 2. Exact Date that your entry fee was paid. 3. Method of Payment (Trade in Game or Email) 4. Exact amount of payment. 5. Name of the player that you paid.
NOTE: Since Customer Service will be verifying every report of payment this process will take some time to complete so we do ask for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
