Does anyone know the location of a vender that sells the proxy technician abilities? i have been unable to find one and any help would be appreciated

I've already asked a few ppl but no one seems to have the correct red frags to make it when i ask, so i thought id try and find the vender that sells it. i suppose ill have to keep asking ppl, but if anyone does know the location of a vendor, please post it here. thanks

thanks for everyones help with this. since i first posted this i have started coding my own abilities. i find this a much easier way to get the abilities that i need, and i also find it interesting hunting for red frags as i get to explore new areas of mega city. thanks again, coderking

Has anyone actually found Coder Vendors- there's one called Marble in
Industry Square, right next to the subway who sells Proxy Technician,
but he only sells the core abilities, not the viruses- I don't know of
any that takes you up to proxy master, I've found some abilities on the
Marketplace but never on a vendor, I've looked at fansites, but they
never seem to have any- has anyone had any luck with this?

You could always find the Red Frags that are need and have your own supply ready
for the next coder that you ask.
