I know how you feel about things like this. There's always a feeling deep down that if Morpheus, or perhaps even Neo, might indeed reveal themselves to us sooner rather than later.

One of the fundamental building blocks of EPN is our love for the work Neo did and the guidance that Morpheus showed him in those dark times. It's always worth remembering that although Neo was the One, he always wanted Morpheus as the Captain. He never wanted to lead himself. He just wanted to help.

With this war now back on in full force, who knows. Maybe we will see them again, maybe we won't. We will give up hope of ever seeing them speaking before us all again? Of course not. We do have to be realistic though at the same time that they never will turn up. We can't just say, "Ah well, if we had Neo we could but we can't now." I've always said that we need to work together. Individually, we can never do the things that those great men did. Yet together we're so much stronger.

It is true though, that it would be... I'm tempted to say humourous... if Morpheus really did turn up while deadbolt is MIA *chuckles*

Equally, although someone in my position has to be used to this sort of thing here and speaking to all of you, I think that being face to face with Morpheus or Neo would be the only time I'd be completely in awe. What would you say to a man who's been reported dead for so long...
