Im trying to switch my account over to SOE but it keeps saying that I already have a matrix subscription and wont let me continue, why?

sounds to me like you already transitioned your account over. Have you tried logging in?

i figured it out, i forgot to include the number in my password, my last password was just letters and it screwed me up without realizing it.
