the NPC shuffle

anyone notice that they like to kind of slide, or teleport around? i was in 01 earlier and even when they're rooted they'll go from the platform to the lower level in a second.
noticed it with some other NPC's in mission areas. i'll root them, and then they slide through the wall into a door i can't open.
mildly annoying if i do say so myself.

Sounds a bit like lag, but if they are going from platform from platform it would have to be something on the game's side.

Zero One's fine on Vector.. sounds like lag to m, too (;
On the mission NPCs sliding through walls thing --- I don't recall it happening recently but it did happen to me before.

i don't think it's lag, because the latency was pretty low, and i almost always run pretty smoothly. it happens with the TM the most out of any NPC's i've tested it on.
