I may be being blind but i cant see how people are meant to work out that that there is a collector in morrell
There is a very clear message about it in 11.3.3 but to access that message you need to already have an anti-Decelerator Bit
I found out about it by being told by someone. so i was wondering where the hint is?

I think somewhere in Mission 2 your operator in between one of the missions phases says there is some reports of some Cypherite Activity in Morrell Downtown. I could be wrong but that is where I saw it...
Well the collector's notes say to look for clues in the mission (11.3.2) and the last message in that mission is from Tyndall about Cypherite activity in Morrell. From there you easily find it by noticing the new collector.
What perterbs me is the fact that Machines get exact coords for both this and Wright. Will this game ever balance out between orgs? If not, the populations in the orgs wont either.

Well when Zion owns their own Matrix, maybe then they'll get exact coordinates to things inside it.

Yes, it's nice for storyline purposes, not exactly great for MMORPG purposes.
Or you can read the details of one of the Override Bits and then look for the new collector who's on your map. It was pretty obvious who the new collector was when I saw on my map that the collector was in a building.

I agree it was easy to find, my only beef is that they get easy coords, no level 100 agents, FM1500 (I know only to select few.) I will grant the 30 min timer for agents is an upgrade, but still, it's a little one sided. Zion should have a triumph once in a while. Anyway, I'm gonna stop blabbering about it.

More evidence of Mech-love? How about a prototype anti-override code thrown in at the end of the last Controller-based Crit Mish.
*Pfft!*

Doesn't really matter, since there are now better anti-overrides that are available to everyone.
