Changing Subscription

I am currently Subscribed to The Matrix Online for 6 Months
which
costed me £53.05 which is a stupid amount for this game as it doesnt
have the content worth such amount and I dislike the fact that I paid
$13.65 worth of tax when im british and therefor should pay the tax to
the british authorities not the americans.

The question is if I change my account status from 6 months to 3 months
would I get the 3 extra months i've paid for refunded to me?

I think that the three month billing would not take affect until your next billing.

IOW you'll play out your 6-month sub, and then get billed for the next 3-months.
