This is the current list of Programs and People determined by myself to be a danger to themselves and those in there employ. The machine program known as the General is too be killed on sight. His actions against the Merovingian as well as the machines have shown his hostility towards all of us. His power shall be Throttled to death by all redpills, when I say all I mean all.

As for the others The Kid his rebelious attitude towards the peace Neo gave us is too far above what Zion has been doing and match the same recless behaver of Morpheus in his last moments alive. I put this notice out to all redpills including those within Zion, he is to be taken unharmed to the Zion Council, within the matrix though he is to be detained till we can locate his hovercraft, do to his followers it will be hard to get to him with out use of force.

Veil, as for her being the assassin of a crew member of a zionist hovercraft, as well as a terrorist that wishes her ideas on others, is to be detained within the matrix till her hovercraft can be found, do to some belief that she may be with others force may be needed to detian her in the real. Do to her escape of the barracks I strongly suggest that she have an exacution.

Cryptos, having been seen in boxes around the Mega City will need to be detianed within the matrix, he may use similcrons to hide from us. Cryptos is needed to be detained for questioning.

Difference Engine showed us that some machine virus is spreading just like the smith virus, if not it. Every machine program found within the matrix that sound or act smithish are kill on sight. If found within a location that smith had been seen at such as Debri Court, be careful, the smith virus allows the Spawning of Agents that do not follow the Machines anymore.

For those associetying with the Cypherites, they are Kill on Sight for all Merovingians and ZIonists, they are alligned with the Machines for now and are therfore under immunity to all Machinists. The main one to be taken out helped his friend spread the Fire Virus within the matrix as well as kill the entire Redpill population of a Hover Barge.

As for any others that are needed to be taken out speak. If there is any need for me to take anyone off my list I will hear protests.

He then charges the next man to come shoting at him leaping into the air then onto the man as they land he rips out the attackers throat with teeth. He then leave the area with a quick leap to leave the humans explain in their papers of gang activity and a vicious dog attack. He laughts as he soars through the air knowing every human thinks this way about his brothers and cousins. Soon they will see their own arrogance bite them back soon.
