Database Errors

Riddle me this....

I log in and several items have been doubled (meaning I have two of them) while others seem to have been over-written (gone)

Is there a way to set my character back to a time before this inventory snafu? Or do I need to spend another 25mil getting widow moors lenses?

I submitted a ticket in game, the preliminary response was "need to talk to a supervisor, get back to you later"

Unfortunately the only way this is likely to get solved is the way which you started going about it, which was through /ccr in game.

They'll have the ability to investigate any problems which may have occured and restore characters.
