As a side point to the stuff above, people really need to get into the SOE community as a whole instead of just sticking to our small corner of the world. Believe me, people listen when you reach out to them and they really do want to hear from us.
So listen to the podcast, get involved in the main Station boards, reply to the stuff on there if you want to try to get onto the podcasts (example here is the love doctor thread) and such. Sitting aroud here and moaning about it won't get anything done 
Virrago is now doing good work here including passing stuff onto these guys, so really, get involved!!!
