Wow, I thought I'd never see this one again!



And I can't seem to find any way to contact SoE... Seems like the only way to contact them is in-game.

Very good question since the techsupport has moved entirely in game now.

You could try going and using the live chat and see if they are able to help you since you can't log in game to submit a petition.

Were you playing the game and made a fast exit (like ALT+F4) or did you get kicked? If so then you should give your account 2-5 min to timeout and then try. When this happens to me I just wait for a bit and most of the time it works again.

I'm having the same problem with one of my two accounts.  It
started last thursday and I tried to contact in-game support form my
working first account....  They said that there was nothing they
could do and that I would have to contact customer support.  It
wasn't till late friday night before I got that message and you know
the support hours....  NO WEEKENDS...  I did get an email to
them  but only recieved a reply this morning saying that they were
sending it in for a "Logon Reset" and that it should be done shortly..
that message was about 6am PT...  I keep trying for hours after I
got that message with no luck.  I updated the email letting them
know that it didn't work so they responded about 2pm saying that I
would have to wait for a server maintaince reset.  Whenever that
will be....  I also tried later to use the on-line chat and still
got about the same message... "WAIT FOR THE SERVERS TO SHUTDOWN AND
RESTART."



Out of Luck....
