pb2 broken/buged?

ive done 2 pb box 2 missions the last 24 hrs and when i drop the box i dont get any npc spawnings has any one else have these problems since the patch

I've done several in the past week, and did not have any trouble.

You might like to look back at some of the PB walkthroughs; there could be something you're doing wrong- opening them inside buildings, near hardlines, in wrong districts, etc.
