So basically Hypatia sent us to the Archivists to find anything out about why Mary MacHenry was removed from her pod, the Archivists didn't have it, but they knew where to get it some records related to it! Malphas looked them over and said during the first version of Matrix, 14 people had their muscles repaired and removed from the pods just like Mary was! But why? The General interrupted saying there are a LOT of Machines around the Machine city for some reason, and his sentinels were leaving the area. This is building up to something!
I liked Persephone talking about her old life, like she couldn't remember if she was an actual Machine in the real world or just a program.. if I read what she said right!
I also really liked the Machines talking to each other about... was it about cleaning? It's funny to think of what Machines talk about among themselves
Hmm, maybe the Machines are choosing bluepills to stock the next version of Zion.

I dislike the abruptness in which this ended. :/ Hopefully the next will fill in some questions.
The cliffhanger ending left me scratching my head. What's up with the Machines conditioning and unplugging humans quietly? And I suspect the Generel stumbled onto something the Machines really don't want to have uncovered, hence the urgency in his tone and why he got cut off so suddenly: I actually felt a little worried for him.
The bit with Persephone talking about her existence before she went into Exile was touching: I like these little character insights.
