Martial Arts Skill Tree bugged ?

first problem:

On the page that has an "Abilities tree" tab and an "Abilities" tab, I select the "Abilities" tab and see two lists, on the left is the "Core Abilities" on the right "Equiped Abilities".

1) isolated but noted - I have TWO entries for Multi-Fighting

2) Under both lists I have something called Martial Arts Prowess (I bought it from an Operative Vendor but it does not seem to appear anywhere eventhough it is listed on the vendor under "Soldier")

a-On the Core side it is listed as level 1 but on the Equiped side it is level 12.

You seem to have picked up a copy of Multi-Fighting and Martial Arts Prowess. Just recycle the copies and you're all good.
