Let me simplify this:

Code Nuke 3.0 hits everything within 6 meters of the target. That is what it says on the ability. That is a 12 meter wide (diameter) circle with the target at the center. This is not a small area.

If you use Code Nuke 3.0 and it does not hit or get blocked by everything within 6 meters of the target, that is a bug, not a nerf.

Please /ccr it and refrain from screaming nerf on the feedback forums.
