Or we can flame and spam and complain all over the forums until our last $15 payment is up.
I wouldn't recommend that.
I DO!
It's fun stuff.

Personally... I think MxO has gone from being an MMORPG where we were spoon-fed the storyline, to something like a tabletop RPG with a 3D chat room. We have a set of rules about this universe, we have NPCs we can write stories involving. We have different character templates and organizations to work from. We just need to put our geek thinking-caps on and make a little more effort to create the story.
Agreed.
...
Seriously? Sit down, stand up. Look but don't touch. Touch but don't taste. Taste but don't smell. Smell but don't have any real human emotions, interests or passions.

kk, thanks for playing.
Another one of these threads?
Yawn.
I suppose people should get used to them, since it's all there's going to be for the next 6 months.
Longer than that, Yasa.
I'm really two hands for player RP events with Animatrix-like sidestories. But at the same time, I want an official main storyline, and it's not because MetaLogic or anyone else doesn't care about it that all of the players don't care about it. I personnally do care and I know a lot of people that do so too.
So, my point is: do player events, but don't think they can take the place of an official main story. Do these events and keep asking for a new head dev for this game. Maybe it will not be useful at all. Maybe. But if we don't try to make it as obvious as it can be that we want and need it, if we don't keep asking for it, we'll never know for sure if we could or couldn't influence our SOE big brothers.
If we try and fail, well - that's how life is sometimes. If we don't try, we'll be sure to get the same result, but also a part of the blame to take.

I dont care for the storyside either, but as paying customers we have the right to moan.We are investing our hard earned cash into a videogame in the middle of a global recession and getting nothing for it, surely some of us are better off giving $15 to charity?I'll still continue to play for the reason i've always played PvP, but nobody should have to put up and shut up and deal with it, if everyone followed "Put up or shut up" the world would be controlled by Nazi's right now. What i would like to know is, what drove you to make this post?

Uh, okay. I *am* paying for this game, right? And not just for one account, either..
Anyone who is still paying for a monthly subscription...
I feel pity for you.

I don't pay so I can make my own content. It's like going to Burger King, buying a Whopper, and then having to make it yourself. No thanks.
If I want my own content, I'll play an actual tabletop RPG, where the players are all within striking distance.
