So, after well over a year of not touching photoshop I got back into it recently and have been working on some images and teaser posters for some work I have planned in the future. Hopefully, if I manage to attain a respectable enough standard of image enhancement, I'll go on to produce a Graphic Novel of my Characters final few months in the Matrix along with various Next Renaissance posts. The main point in it would be to tell a story, however, it'd be rather pointless to tell a story where the images sucked, I might as well put it as a written post, but hopefully I'll be able to reach the standard I feel comfortable with and be able to tell the story while putting to use some photoshop skills at the same time and bring together a respectable piece.

Until then, I plan on doing some pretty mad stuff with photoshop just experimenting and the likes, so I figured an Image thread for posting them would be the wise thing to do.

So, without further delay an incomplete teaser image I'm working on:

I was busy taking shots in Sakura and managed to snap this one which I was pretty happy with so played around with it *a little*.

You sir... under estimate yourself.  You have a natural eye for color and shading.  Plus, I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into the subtle details.  Really want to see more!  These will go into MxOSpace phor sure!

Just tried experimenting with some styles. I've been working on some Polaroid images for Football Manager 08 profile pics and thought I might try it out with some MxO images, it didn't work so well due to the darkness of my actual image I used but I think it's something I could probably use in the future.

Well the top one of the three was really just an example of what all the profile pictures look like, the next two down were just tests really. The middle one, is just the original screenshot I took without any effect applied to it and the one down from that was just a duplicated layer with overlay and gaussien blur which normally works to proper effect for the profile pics for football manager.

Ok, so I'm thinking of using one of these images as my Front Cover. I *might* go with making the whole GN in this style, but probably not.

Anyway, I first went with an all black smg/hand.

Then decided I wanted my SMG to stand out more. So thought I'd test the SMG out as red and had to try and reconstruct the fingers from the original screenshot which was frustrating.

And, after trying red, decided I prefered white. Though I'm not really certain on which one I'll use, yet.
