Since I don't currently have any new books, I'm re-reading this for the twenty-seventh time:

'My Boring-Azz Life' - Kevin Smith

His lifestyle is so engaging, it's impossible not to be drawn in.

Rewired: The Post-Cyberpunk Anthology

A new look at cyberpunk, 16 sci-fi short stories written by the pioneers in the genre; such as William Gibson and Bruce Sterling. These stories take the reader out of the tech-centro US and Japan and look at the world-gone-CP.

I strongly recommend the The Wedding Album story by Marusek for a fresh (and somewhat terrifying) look at AI. Very thought-provoking stuff.
