White Lotus Hotel Drops

Recently been farming hideouts and stuff with my lower level characters, been using a website to see what all the drops are and what the best ones are etc. but unfortunatly for this particular hideout it's got the wrong info.

So can anyone tell me what the drops are from the boss in the white lotus hotel or direct me to a website that tells you, and what all the buffs are (went in as my level 50 and got a Widows GI and a Widows Dress, so i know thats two of em, presumably the 1st tier drop, but wanna know what the best one is to look for).
