• Simulacra no longer default to Block Tactics. They should attack NPCs normally, now.
  
• Second NPC balance pass is complete. (Note: Pandora's Box and special NPCs were not part of this pass.)

Bug Fixes

• Special Attack success effect works again.
  
• Bug giving an extra bonus to player and NPC Focus Influences has been fixed.
