ther should be two tabs in the creation screen, believe one is for the clothes other is for gender etc, you ahve to view both before you can fully create. hope that helps

Are all characters on your screen white-haired with white skin? If so, it could be that your graphics card needs updating. I know when I first started out I needed to change my card because it was like this.

Can you post your DXDIAG (instructions) here... we only need the first 2 posts worth.

That will tell us if it's your card or not.

Your system looks a lot like mine when I started playing MXO.  I remember the game being very sluggish (uppdated RAM) and some graphics problems (updated video card).  If there is any other problem I'm sure someone around here can tell you, but that was my solution.

It looks like you're using an on board graphics chip. The minimum specs are a Programmable shader DirectX 9 Compatible card with 64MB VRAM (I think they are still this).

To be honest you're looking at needing a grahics card and you're skirting the minimum amount of RAM required too.

Yeah : ( I'm trying to get a job atm, to upgrade.
Is there any way i can lower the graphics, or some certain settings on my PC its self, to make it run smoother?

BTW Thanks alot for the fast response people
Really is appreciated x )

You don't meet the minimum required specs to run MxO. Your GFX chipset doesn't even support hardware lighting and transform functions. I don't advise your mate to take up a career in IT. SMILEY  The minimum game specs have risen since the game was released... but I don't think they've ever been officially updated anywhere.

You will need at least another 512MB RAM and a better 3d card (as opposed to the on-board chipset you currently have) :/ Additionally a NON-Celeron dual-core CPU would be a VERY good idea... the limited caching on your current CPU will really slow things down, and the second core handles other CPU calls while the primary one runs the game.

Sorry for the bad news.

To set low detail:
In game bring up the options dialog via the button in the bottom right of the screen (after you have jacked in).
On the options screen set it for minimum detail and minimum memory usage.

I was going to suggest updating your video drivers but your chipset is no longer supported by Intel (ANNOUNCEMENT) and you already have the latest drivers.
