Bored, so he wants to cancel his campaign? Or perhaps Zion isn't entertaining him like the last few times so now if he creates a new truce we could team up with Zion and perhaps the Mervs and take out the Oligarchs...

I'd expect something more along the lines of a report on Wright and her end. That would be followed by something a bit more important. I just think of The Architect as a powerful character, if he's talking it should be very important.
