I dont even know how its possible to do this in this game but I loose
EVERY Pvp fight because my attacks never go through. There block always
shatters mine and they always win, its very rare that it goes through.
On pve I'd say I win about 30% of the fights and when I do win its
very, very close. I rotate between Duelest and MA (Im 22 btw) Any
advice?

duelist relies on RCT and MA on
MCT. are u wearing any clothes that buff either of these? is yr
awakened ability leveled up? do u lose rolls on special attacks (ie
cheap shot)
i'd say something about tactics too, like loading detect weakness and
using the appropriate attack and maybe loading consistent technique
(debatable?) but 30% success rate in PvE against wot i'm assuming are
mobs around yr level sounds more like u need to level up yr abilities
or something.

its a combination of knowing what specials will make what status
changes on the enemy giving you the upper hand and open up the avenues
to really let rip with the more killer moves. If your using interlock,
MCT buffed clothing is your best friend, if your in range, RCT is your
best friend. grab some tactic boosters before setting out on any
mission, they can mean the difference between life and death sometimes.
Loading up awakened skills already mentioned will give you an
advantage. Combine all these things together and your on your way.
