XXT and I noticed that while wearing the overdrive bandana and blocking in interlock, we were not getting 10 IS regen like we usually do.  I switched to a different hat while in interlock, so that I was still under the effects of enrage, and I still didn't get IS regen.

Please let me know if this is a bug, or if it is a side effect of enraged that I didn't know about.

Thank you.

Yes, you can't roll out, but you should be able to use Block to regen IS.

Ah yeah, I heard about that one. Needs a quick fix.

I guess in theory while you're blocking you are meditating to recover your inner strength.  It would make sense for enrage to disable this.

enrage is only supposed to prevent you from being able to roll out, its not supposed to do anything else.

But tbh, with the introduction of contested withdraw, the effects of enrage should be updated to do something like -5% accuracy or something along thoes lines. As it is currently, enrage is virtually useless, and since curretnly most of the enrage effects are coming off of pills/clothing that boost your damage way up, a fair trade off would be to lose a bit of accuracy for that damage boost.
