We're getting many reports from players that they are unable to load/unload Abilities after Update 44 went live. While we are looking into the cause, there does seem to be a workaround. If you are having this problem, do the following:

 

- Enter your loading area.
- Unload that entire tree by removing the upper most ability (the new style, most likely) so all subsequent abilities are automatically removed by the computer.
- Reload your tree, it should work now, as the offending ability was automatically reset by the computer.

 

This seems to be working for players with this issue.

 

Please note: This doesn't necessarily allow you to load Abilities from hardlines afterward; you may still have to go into the Loading Area. We're looking into the problem and appreciate your patience.
