Yeah I really felt like the experience had been cheapened dramatically when I came back to find the new style of non-game engine cinematic. At first at thought that they just hadn't finished the cinematics and were prereleasing a storyboard version! It's basically saying, "sorry, even though you're paying the same per month, we don't have enough money to make a real cinematic once in a while".

edit: And I've seen players themselves with no such budget make hack cinematics better than these.

I hear like a blip of sound and it freezes. Every vid I have downloaded to my computer, know anywhere I can download this, and not just a link?

I miss the good old days before the cinematics were replaced by black/white comics. What was the reason for the switch?

Seems 7.1 is broken and dosen't work by any of these means... (replacing the chapter numbers in the url's with 7.1), and of course dosen't work ingame either.

Good job Aqua and Khr0n1k. I've been using an older thread for downloading them but this one is a lot easier to use! Am waiting for 7.1, looks like you're ahead of the game at the moment!

I cant seem to view any of the cinematics. I get the audio but no video. Any idea why and how to solve it? I should point out that I meant in-game, through downloads they are fine.
