Hey man can you give any help on what codec you used? I havent watched
it yet, but since you found one and I've been on an epic search for
one...what'd ya use?

I used the mpeg 2 codec I would have used mpeg 4 but the file would have been again too large

Download in process, but 336Mo!! How long is the movie? 45 min?

And for the codec, Mpeg4 is lighter than Mpeg 2 . Mpeg 2 is the dvd encoding format (or tv satelite broadcasting), that's why your file is so heavy. Try to use Divx codec your file will be lighter and quality should stay good.

1) What time does the contest end?

2) Can I PM you a link to my movie file?

3) When do you actually need the movies by to show them to SOE? I can
put the file up in a medium-res version but if you want to show it on a
big-screen in high-resolution then I'll have to burn it to a DVD and
send it in and if you actually need it on the 1st then I should
probably over-night it tomorrow.

Actually its only 10:58, I put so much stuff in there is why it's so big plus I didn't want to sacrafice quality,

I apoligize for the codec mix up I to say I was going to use the DVD codec, the Mpeg 4 codec wouldn't work with my program for some reason, I'll get a better divx HD quality if I can.

I just saw a rough draft of our flick and WOW I'm impressed. I can't wait until it's finished and you guys get to see it. There are some very unique shots in it you won't want to miss.
