Unfortunately, these bonuses don't mean much since 3% of the normal stun duration of 6 seconds is only an additional .18 seconds, which makes the stun last 6.18 seconds, which is not enough of a difference to make a difference. So, people will continue to wear Seraphims because of the additional Health and Inner Strength regen rates.
