Screenshots = Drawing Failed

Sometimes I check my screenshots and they do not come up in MS Picture and Fax Viewer. This happens sporadically.

The icon is blank. I have them display a thumbnail:

As you can see, the Dimension is there and the Size is same as a regular screenshot.

Any ideas?

If you open the image in another program is the image there or is it a problem when MxO is saving the image?

I've tried opening with Paint and Photoshop. I think it has to do with MxO saving. But the file size is similar to those that are saved successfully.

Bumping this because I am still having problems. My screenshots in jpeg format have no problem, but bmp format will not open.
